Illustrating a Handmade Gift

This September I put a lot of time into a birthday gift for someone very special to me. I started illustrating 15 sentimental moments in Procreate, then used the screen on the iPad to transfer the illustrations into a beautiful coil book I found.

I’m really proud of the final project, but due to the sentimental nature of it, I don’t want to post everything online.

Here are three of the favourite illustrations- because the project was too much work not to show off.

I took a lot of inspiration for this project from an artist on Instagram whose work I really enjoy. I can’t possibly post this work without giving a shoutout to @liamashurst
