Fresh Earth Apparel

In late 2013 and early 2014 I launched a t-shirt company called Fresh Earth Apparel.

Fresh Earth Apparel was a charity focused clothing line run entirely with online channels and tools. Merchandise was made when orders arrived and distributed via drop shipping. With the exception of a locally produced run of stickers distributed to customers no physical stock was held.

Unfortunately, as you may already know, the t-shirt industry is very saturated. Low barriers to entry mean pretty much anyone with a laptop and an internet connection can make a “made to order” t-shirt, so anyone can jump in. I got pulled elsewhere by other opportunities in the summer of 2014 and seized the opportunity to back out. But all the work that went into it still exists, here, and on my Behance.

Browse the copy and the t-shirts here.

I’ve also salvaged a few of the blog posts and some of the writing that I did for the project.

Wintertime in Ireland can be especially dreary. The mornings are usually overcast and foggy, and thanks to the coastal climate the days are bone-chillingly cold.
