A web-app to help keyone’s guests complete critical tasks and feel supported in the absence of reception staff.

A little about me

As a teenager, I taught myself how to use design tools; then I cut my teeth in marketing and analytics. Now, I’ve shed the marketing tasks and made product design the work – first on a team, then as the only designer in the room.

My next step is finding a team that’s bigger than me and a product I can stand behind.

The keyone host portal

An onboarding-app that turned a sprawl of holiday-home listing fields into a survey for hosts, with conditional logic and features to speed the process up.
